Every host goes through identity verification and a short conversation with our community team before publishing their first experience.

Public, well-lit, accessible spaces. Private homes are only used by hosts who've earned community trust over time.

Our community lives by one rule: arrive curious, leave changed. Stereotypes have no seat at the table.
Community guidelines
- Show up as your full self — and let others do the same.
- Ask, don't assume. Curiosity is welcome; judgment is not.
- Respect every story. Some are tender; treat them gently.
- No proselytizing, no recruiting, no selling.
- Consent before photos. Consent before sharing online.
- Hate, harassment, or discrimination ends a membership immediately.
If something feels off
You can report a person, an experience, or a message in two taps. A real human on our community team responds within 24 hours — usually much sooner.
Transparent moderation
Every decision is reviewed by a person, not an algorithm.
We publish a quarterly trust report so the community can see what's happening — and hold us to it.
